Depth therapy.

Made approachable.

Grounded. Relational. Accessible.

Healing unfolds in the context of relationship—to our psyche, our bodies, our histories, the world around us, and those who shaped us.

This work is not about abstract theory or exclusivity, but about understanding lived experience with clarity and care, supporting insight, empowerment, and meaningful change in everyday life.

Individual psychotherapy for teens, young adults, and adults.

Depth oriented, somatic based, trauma informed

a holistic approach

You Might Be Drawn to This Work If…

  • You keep finding yourself in the same kinds of relationships or conflicts

  • Your body feels tense, exhausted, shut down, or on edge much of the time

  • You’ve “done therapy before,” but something still feels unresolved

  • You want to feel safer in closeness—with others and with yourself

  • You feel disconnected from your emotions or intuition

  • You’re successful on the outside but struggling internally

  • Your past still shows up in your present, even when you understand it

  • You’re seeking depth, meaning, and integration—not surface-level fixes

  • You want therapy that honors both your story and your nervous system

Whether you are a teen, young adult, or adult, this work benefits you if you experience:

  • Attachment wounds and relationship difficulties

  • Complex or developmental trauma

  • Chronic anxiety, emotional dysregulation, or nervous system imbalance

  • Somatic symptoms related to stress or trauma

  • Dissociation, emotional numbness, or disconnection from the body

  • Repeating life or relational patterns despite insight

  • Burnout, perfectionism, or high-functioning coping strategies

  • A desire for relational, trauma-informed psychotherapy

This approach supports clients seeking long-term healing, emotional integration, and nervous system regulation, rather than symptom management alone.

If this language resonates, you don’t need to have it all figured out to begin.

I invite you to schedule a consultation to explore whether depth-oriented, somatic therapy feels like the right next step for you.

Book a Consultation
  • A consultation call is a gentle first meeting—a space to begin a conversation rather than begin treatment. It offers a chance to speak about what’s stirring beneath the surface, to sense whether you feel met and understood, and to listen for whether the therapist’s way of working resonates with you. Nothing needs to be decided or resolved; it’s simply an opening to see if this feels like the right place to continue the work. 15 to 20 minutes.

    No fee.

  • WA STATE ONLY. A depth-oriented psychotherapy session is a reflective, exploratory space where attention is given to inner experience, relational patterns, emotions, and meanings as they unfold in the moment. Sessions move at a thoughtful pace, allowing insight to emerge rather than be rushed. 50 minutes (we may see each other 1 - 2 times weekly).

$125 per session (inquire about insurance and sliding scale).

  • A Jungian tarot reading is a reflective, symbolic exploration that uses the imagery of the cards to engage the unconscious and illuminate themes of meaning, desire, and inner movement. The reading is not predictive, but invitational—offering insight, perspective, and dialogue with what is emerging within you. Private pay, 30 to 90 minutes (depending on the reading).

    Starting at $75.

  • A depth-oriented dream analysis session offers dedicated time to explore the symbolic language of dreams and the unconscious meanings they may carry. Using a reflective, Jungian and psychoanalytic lens, we attend to images, emotions, and associations as pathways to insight and integration. Private pay, 60 to 120 minutes (no limitation on sessions per week).

    Starting at $150.

  • When I began working with Shannon, I was in survival mode and knew I needed help, but I didn't know where to start. Through my time working with Shannon, I gained a great deal: a sense of normalcy, context to understand what I was going through, and hope that I might not just survive, but instead thrive. Shannon has been instrumental in my healing process. She took the time to build trust, creating a safe space for processing, and she has always led with empathy and authenticity. Today I have a lot of hope for my future, something I could not have imagined feeling before working with her.

  • Shannon is a compassionate therapist with deep clinical experience and a thoughtful, curious approach. I trust her ability to be a grounding presence as she supports people in exploring challenges and moving toward healing and a more engaged life.
